Signal strength of Jio, Airtel extremely poor at Press Enclave Srinagar

Srinagar: Extremely poor net service of Airtel and Jio in Press Enclave Srinagar is frustrating subscribers as concerned officials of these cash rich telecom companies have virtually turned a Nelson’s eye towards the problems being encountered by the subscribers particularly Journalist fraternity.
Journalist fraternity said that Jio has poor signal strength and slow speed in Press Enclave while Bharti Airtel is sailing in the same boat.
“These cash rich companies are generating huge revenue from the subscribers but are giving low quality services,” said a journalist.
“Jio has become a headache for the subscribers in Press Enclave. You have to refresh the same page again and again with repeated failure. It takes at least five to ten minutes to send a photograph to any friend on WhatsApp while it is difficult to post some content on facebook or Twitter,” he added.
The problem is there from past one year while Jio and Airtel authorities are doing nothing to mitigate the sufferings of the subscribers. “It’s better to avail the services of some other telecom companies. Jio is taking its subscribers lightly because it thinks they provide services at cheap rates. Airtel is good almost everywhere but in Press Enclave its signal strength is extremely poor,” said the scribes.
The officials from both the telecom companies assured that they will look into the matter.
