Kathua: Expenditure Observer, D K Srivastava Monday held meetings with AROs here at Hiranagar and Billawar assembly segments regarding implementation of guidelines of ECI regarding maintenance of expenditure details of the candidates.
The Expenditure Observer also inspected the check posts laid by SST, VST and FS tea He instructed the team members to conduct search and seizure as per the guidelines of ECI and keep a check on illegal activities.
He instructed Expenditure Monitoring Committee to keep close eye on election related meetings and videograph all the vehicles in and around such meetings with registration numbers so that the expenses of the party and candidates can be properly maintained.
