Srinagar: Awami National Conference (ANC) Tuesday said that the party has decided to move to the top court of India to seek action against the persons involved in the death of a private school teacher who died in custody Tuesday.
Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, ANC Senior Vice President said that ANC will move straight to the SC to seek justice in this regard.
“We will file a petition regarding the death of a youth in custody today,” he said, adding that the party won’t leave any stone unturned to ensure justice into the killing of a private school teacher.
