Srinagar, Mar 06 : Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Patron and incumbent Member Parliament from Baramulla-Kupwara North Kashmir constituency Muzaffar Hussain Baig has demanded immediate expulsion of BJP Parliament Member Subramaniam Swamy for threatening to “forcibly occupy the Holy Kaba” in Saudi Arabia.
In a statement issued to KNS, PDP Patron and sitting Member Parliament Muzaffar Hussain Baig said that it is the moral responsibility of the BJP leadership to expel Subramaniam Swamy from the basic membership of the saffron party and as well as from the Parliament keeping in view the exemplary precedence set by Pakistan Prime Minister by dismissing a minister in that country over his anti-hindu remark.
He also asked the BJP leadership to learn some lessons from the construction of a Hindu temple building by Muslims in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, adding that such acts show the real spirit of Islam and Muslims.
