Power shutdown in Jmu parts

Jammu: As per Superintending Engineer, Elect. Maintt. & R.E. Circle-1, Jammu, to carry out work of temporary shifting of HT/LT Network coming in the alignment of 4-laning of Jammu-Akhnoor National Highway, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Bharat Nagar, Vasant Vihar, Kabir Colony, Poonch House, Talab Tillo, Kamla Palace, Mandlik Nagar, Patta Paloura, Top Paloura, Shanti Nagar, Muthi, Best Price and its adjoining areas will remain affected on February 5, 7 and 9 from 11 am to 3 pm.
Similarly, to execute work for painting of poles of new 33 KV Barn–Roopnagar line, the shutdown of 11 KV Feeders TH-1, TH-2 & MES emanating from 1×10 MVA, 33/11 KV Receiving Station Thathar is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Thathar, MIET, Nardani, MES and adjoining areas will remain affected on February 5 from 10.30 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, for stringing of conductor for bifurcation of 11KV Kheri-Rehal feeder, the shutdown of 33 KV Sohagpur feeder emanating from 220/132/33KV Grid Station Lalyana is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Sohagpur, Arnia, Allah, Trewa, Baspur, Jobawal, Khour, Salehar, Makhanpur, Rathana and its adjoining areas will remain affected on February 5 and 6 from 11 am to 2 pm.
