Srinagar: The government of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday ordered a withdrawal of re-appointment Order of Dr M I Parray as director JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI).
“The Government Order No: 91-IND of 2018 dated 20.03.2018 whereby Dr M.I. Parray has been reappointed as Director, JK Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), being violative of the JKEDI Organizational Structure, Strategic Plan, Service and Recruitment Rules, 2013, suffers from legal defect ab-intio, and is, hence, withdrawn,” reads a government order.
This order shall be effective immediately i.e, 01.02.2019.
