Dheeraj appointed Pr Secy H&UDD, Samphael to hold addl charge as Secy Flouriculture

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday appointed Dheeraj Gupta as Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department and gave the additional charge of Administrative Secretary Flouriculture, Parks and Gardens to Secretary Tourism department Rigxin Samphael.
“In the interest of administration, Mr. Dheeraj Gupta, IAS (JK:1993), Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department on the retirement on superannuation of Mr. K.B. Agarwal, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department on 31.01.2019 (A.N.),” said an order issued by General Administration Department.Gupta, it said, will also hold the charge of Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, till further orders.
In yet another similar order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) the government asked the Secretary to Government Tourism department Rigzin Samphael to hold additional charge of Secretary Flouriculture Parks and Gardens vacated by superannuation of Secretary Flouriculture to Gardens and Parks Mohammad Javed Kan on January 31, 2019
