Kishnen formally appointed fourth advisor to Governor

A day after the Home Ministry conveyed its approval to the appoitment of former IAS officer Skandan Krishnan as another advisor to Governor Satya Pal Malik the Jammu & Kashmir Government on Wednesday issued a formal appointment order.

An order issued by the General Administration Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu said“Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Shri Skandan Krishnan, IAS (Retired) as Advisor to the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir with effect from the date he assumes charge.”

The order said Krishnan’s appointment shall be governed by the terms and conditions as are applicable to other Advisors in terms of Government Order No. 1110-GAD of 2018 dated 09-07-2018.
