Srinagar: On the occasion of 70th Republic Day, State Forest Research Institute (SFRI) intends to undertake free distribution of plant sapling at different locations in J&K.
According to the information provided by the SFRI, plant distribution stalls will be established at Research Station Harran Ganderbal, Botanical Garden Chesmashahi Srinagar, SFRI Campus Sonwar Srinagar, Seer Hamdan Anantnag, Outside Sher-i-Kashmir Cricket Stadium, Sonwar, GDC Udhampur, Hiranagar, Kathua stadium, Gujroo Nagrota, Billawar, Samba, Basholi, Hr. Secondary School Domana, Marh, Kunjwani, ChanniHimat, Hr. Secondary School Panjgrain, Bambyal, Jagti Jammu, Rajouri, Kassal, General public including organizations / volunteers and students can visit Republic Day stalls to lift the plant saplings and contribute for the greening of the State.
