Jammu: A delegation of Ladakh Muslim Coordination Committee Leh led by Dr. Abdul Qayoom, President, Anjuman-e-Moinul Islam Leh, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here Saturday.
The delegation projected a charter of demands to Governor which include delimitation/re-organization of seats of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh, reservation of MLC seats in Leh and Kargil districts for the respective minorities, and allotment of suitable land for graveyard at Jammu for the inhabitants of Leh.
Governor observed that their demands would be looked into and due consideration would be given for their early redressal.
