Jammu: Continuing its efforts towards creating awareness on drugs de-addiction and liquor abuse under its Social Responsibility program, the Excise department North range organized a Nukkad Natak in collaboration with the J&K Academy of Arts and Culture at village Jadd, Akhnoor.
The event was conducted under the supervision of Excise Commissioner, Talat Parvez Rohella.
On the occasion, the people were made aware about the hazards and ill effects of drugs through the medium of Nukkad Natak. Besides, awareness was also imparted on various government schemes and initiatives of Excise Department for rehabilitation of affected person.
People of all walks of life attended the program.
