Forest Deptt cautions people about fake regularization order

Jammu: The Forest Department Saturday said a fake regularization Order No: 358/FST of 2018 dated: 08/12/2018 with a list of 454 candidates is being circulated on Social Media by some unscrupulous elements.
The Department made it clear that the said order is bogus and action is being initiated against the miscreants who are circulating this order.
“It is clarified that the Department of Forests, Ecology and Environment vide Government order No: 358-FST of 2018 dated: 12.11.2018 has issued the compassionate appointment order of Samarjit Parihar S/o Late Ajit Kumar Parihar R/o Kishtwar under SRO-43 of 1994 and not the regularization order of any adhoc/consolidated employees,” the Forest Department spokesman said in a statement.
He said the Order No: 358/FST of 2018 dated: 08/12/2018 is fake and has been issued with ulterior motive by some miscreants and public at large are being advised not circulate the said order on social media and do not be a party to such illegal activities. “Any person having any information about such miscreants, may kindly be shared with the police/forest department so that culprits can be booked under law, as the matter has been taken up by the Forest Department for initiation of criminal proceedings in the case against the persons involved in fabricating a false Government Order,” he said adding that all the Heads of the Forest Department have been asked not to act upon the said fake order and get the prior clarification from Administrative Department in respect of all the creation/regularization orders which shall be issued by the Administrative Department henceforth.
