Jammu: The households falling under the jurisdiction of PHE City Division number 1 Jammu have been asked to deposit their water tax dues before 15th of March 2019 otherwise their connections shall be disconnected under Water Regulatory Authority Act 2010.
The Assistant Executive Engineers have been authorized to disconnect illegal water connections, if found in their respective areas, besides imposing penalty on the defaulter as per the Act. Also, no separate disconnection notice will be issued to the defaulters.
