Jammu: A National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on December 08, 2018 here by State Legal Services Authority.
Cases pertaining to civil property disputes, bank recovery cases, MACT cases, labour disputes, electricity and water bills (excluding non-compoundable), matrimonial disputes, land acquisition cases, service matters relating to pay and allowances and other retirement benefits, Revenue cases (pending in District Courts and High Courts only), shall be taken up for hearing in the Lok Adalat.
Pre-Lok Adalat sessions shall also be held.
Interested litigants are informed to approach the Learned Presiding Officers of the trial courts concerned for reference of their cases to the Lok Adalat.
