Reasi: District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar Dattatray Doifode, Thursday chaired a meeting of officials engaged with conduct of district level Khelo India Games in the district.
The meeting after detailed discussion proposed a tentative schedule for conducting these games. The requirement of sports equipments and various other essential items was also raised and responded in the meeting.
The DDC asked to form a committee to look after the whole process of organising this sports event. He reviewed arrangements like accommodation, food and refreshment for the participants besides assessing other related services including logistics, sanitation and medical service.
SSP Reasi, Nisha Nathyal; Chief Education Officer, Nirmal Chaudhary, District Youth and Sports Officer, Sudesh Kumar and various spotters attended the meeting.
