Working of Gandhi Nagar Jmu, Purmandal education zones reviewed

Jammu: Joint Director School Education Jammu Choudhary Mahommad Latif conducted an extensive tour of interior areas of educational zones of Gandhi Nagar and Purmandal to take stock of the working of educational institutions in these areas.
During the tour, the Joint Director visited Government HS Khana Chargal, Government MS Pacholi, Government MS Kund, Government HSS Purmamdal, HS Khara Madana of Zone Purmandal.
The Joint Director checked the implementation of Mid-Day Meal, Biometric Attendance, construction and functioning of Toilets, playground, boundaries Wall, and cleanliness of the school buildings.
He also interacted with the students and teachers in these schools. He advised the teachers to work with added dedication and zeal for overall improvement of education scenario. He asked the teachers to maintain their daily diaries and engage the students in teaching learning process more effectively.
