Srinagar/Nov, 19: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shahid Iqbal Choudhary a young IAS officer has condoles the death of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Mohammad Iqbal Khanday. Taking to micro blogging social site twitter Shahid Iqbal is a wrote “Words not coming to mind for a condolence message. We called him “Tiger”. An institution in himself. Rare. Prompt decision maker. Straight spine. Knew to say “No”. Friend. Team leader. My boss. Khandey sb we will remember u in our actions, not words. RIP”
