DDC Doda chairs DLRC meet

Doda : District Development Commissioner Doda, Anshul Garg Tuesday chaired the District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting to review the performance of banks and line departments under ACP 2018-19 during the quarter ending September 2018.
The meeting was apprised that the deposits and advances of all Commercial Banks as on 30 September 2018 stood at Rs.1793.46 crore and Rs. 764.55 crore respectively, thus achieving CD Ratio of 42.62 %.
DDC exhorted upon the banks to conduct massive awareness camps about the various banking schemes in collaboration with concerned departments to increase the credit flow in various sectors. He stressed on greater coordination between banks and various line departments.
He directed all the banks to adopt a multipronged holistic approach to make their outreach possible in the far-flung villages of the district.
The meeting had a detailed review of government-sponsored schemes with the focus on PMFBY, KCC, JLG, DEDS, J&KREGP, JKEDI, Handicraft, Handloom and women beneficiaries.
The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, CPO, AD Planning, Lead District Manager, CAO, GM DIC, CAHO, KVIB Officer, Fisheries Officer, DSHO, DM NABARD, Manager HDFC Bank, District officers/line departments and district coordinators of all banks operating in the district.
