Bandipora: A man who went missing after last week’s snowfall in Vewan village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district was found dead on Friday.
Seven persons had gone to a nearby forest area last Friday but five of them had returned home when the weather turned hostile while two had lost their way. A police official said that the body of one of the missing persons was recovered Friday morning.
The deceased was identified as Ghulam Qadir Bhat while the other missing person was identified as Abdul Ahad Sheikh.
“Two horses that were with the missing persons were recovered,” he said.
