Jammu : The father of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shahid Iqbal Choudhary passed away on Wednesday. He was 70.A family member said that Haji Salam Din Choudhary, who was a retired tahsildar, complained of chest pain following which he was rushed to a hospital. Meanwhile Several political and social organizations and people from all walks of life have condoled the sad demise and expressed sympathies with the DC Bandipora Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary and his Family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and prayed to the Almighty for giving strength to the family so that they are able to bear the loss. The Kashmir Horizon also expresses solidarity with Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary and his bereaved family and prays for the eternal peace to departed soul.
