Asiya Naqash reviews arrangements for Eid-e-Milad-Un Nabi at Hazratbal

Srinagar : Former Minister and MLA Hazratbal Asiea Naqash has asked district administration to take stock of things and review special arrangements on the auspicious occasion of Eitl-Milad-lJn Nabi (SAW). All the concerned HODs of concerned departments during a meeting in Srinagar were asked to review the special arrangements .
The concerned officers and officials of SMC, traffic, WAKF Board and local police were asked to ensure smooth traffic on roads leading to the holly shrine and remove all the encroachments .The officials of WAKF Board were asked to install waterproof tenting and furnish warm Hooting to meet out in case or inclemency of weather.
The officers and officials R&B, PHL, PDD were asked to look after and ensure dial portholes of all the paths leading to the holy shrine are cleared and the lights which have turned faulty are checked and necessary special water connections for the ablution of the pilgrims are installed for the comfort or tile pilgrims.LAWDA authorities were asked to clear the Dhobi Ghat side and other sites used by pilgrims as ablution sites and clear any water logging thereof-
SRTC, BTO Kashmir was asked to ply special services to ferry the pilgrims round the clock during this days especially in wee hours and late night hours so as to facilitate the movement of pilgrims.
The authorities of Health department, fire and emergency services and CAPD were asked to set up special medical camps along with doctors and ensure prompt medical facilities for the pilgrims. They were also asked to remain ready to meet any eventuality and keep ration and essential commodities available in vicinity of shrine Ghats. Floriculture and all die other concerned departments were asked to keep their man and material available and properly briefed for tile snooki culmination of Fjd-Milad-Un Nabi (SAW).
