Srinagar/Oct,30 : A Kashmiri Student, studying in Sharda University recently assaulted inside the University campus by a grup of Students on October 4 has been missing since last three days.
Family sources said Ahtisham Bilal, a resident of Khanyar area of Srinagar district in the northern state, a first-year student of Medical Imaging Technology, left his hostel on 27th October, and has been missing since then. “He is missing since last three days. He informed that that I am going to Jamia Masjid Dehli to offer Nimaz and would be back, but since then we have no contact with him as his mobile is Switchh off” , said a family member of Athtisham. Saying that he had spoken to Ahtisham over phone last time on Sunday, he said ” We have another relative studying there and he is the first one to tell him that he had gone missing. He said that we had lodged a missing complaint in the Concerned police Station. We are in contact with Officials seeking their Help in tracing him. Meanwhile, Ahtisham’s family appealed local authorities in Noida and Jammu & Kashmir Government to trace out their son. Pertinent to mention here that Ahtisham was injured on in clashes between two groups of students at Sharda University. He was assaulted because he was mistaken as an Afghan national by his attackers.
