Srinagar : A delegation of All Traders and Transporters Joint Coordination Committee-West Zone, Srinagar led by its Chairman Abrar Ahmad Khan and President Peer Imtiyaz-ul-Hassan, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here Saturday.
The delegation apprised Governor about various issues relating to Batamaloo area and Batmaloo marketplace including damaging effect on business activity of the area due to shifting of Bus Stand from Batmaloo to Parimpora. The delegation requested for early implementation of the High Court order in this regard in which directions have been passed to operate transport facility on trial basis for six months w.e.f 12th September 2018 to facilitate Batmaloo market.
Governor assured the delegation early redressal of their grievances.
