Power shutdown in Jmu parts

Jammu : As per Superintending Engineer EM & RE Circle Kathua, to carry out the branch cutting of trees coming under the line corridor of 66 KV Changran Line, the shutdown of 66 KV Chnagran Line is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Nagri, Barnoti, Palli, Nanan, Jakhbar, Saidpur, Kathua City, Ward No. 4, 5, 6 and Changran Village shall remain affected on October 5 from 8 am to 12 noon.

Similarly, to carry out the branch cutting of trees under the line corridor of 66 KV Pathankot Kathua Line and Sarna Kathua Line, the shutdown of both 66 KV lines is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to Lakhanpur Local, RTIC Lakhanpur, MES Excise, Kerrian Local, Keerian Industry (Crushers) CNC Keerian, CTM-I, CTM-II, MES-Janglote, PHE and their adjoining areas will remain affected on October 7 from 9 am to 2 pm.

Meanwhile, for undertaking R&M works, the shutdown of 33/11 KV Receiving Station New Sectt. & Parade is being observed.

During the shutdown, the power supply to SMGS Hospital, New Sectt, PHE Parade, BSNL Exchange, Police Control Room, Raghunath Bazar, Hari Market, Bus Stand, Resham Ghar Colony, Dogra Hall, Parade, Purani Mandi, Raj Tilak Road, Moti Bazar, Pahari Mohalla, Pacca Danga, Jain Bazar, Lakhdat Bazar and adjoining areas shall remain affected on October 5 from 8 am to 12 noon.
