9 KAS Officers among 10 transferred in middle rung reshuffle in civil admin

Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir Government Wednesday ordered transfers and postings in civil administration.

According to an order,  Zahoor Ahmad Mir, executive director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department , is transferred and posted as additional deputy commissioner, Bandipora relieving Muhammad Qasim Wani ADDC, Bandipora of the additional charge of the post.
Rifat Arif, special secretary, Social Welfare Department shall hold the additional  charge of the post of executive director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare department, till further orders.

Muhammad Tanwir, sub-divisional Magistrate, Mendhar is transferred and
posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Thanamandi.

Zaffar Shawi, assistant commissioner revenue, Budgam shall hold the
additional charge of the post of deputy district election officer,
Budgam till further orders.

Vivek Puri, assistant commissioner revenue, Ramban is transferred and
posted as assistant commissioner, revenue, Reasi.

Harbans Lal, assistant commissioner revenue Reasi is transferred and
posted as assistant commissioner revenue Ramban. He shall also hold
the additional charge of the post of collector, land acquisition,
Sawalkote, hydroelectric project, till further orders.

Hamida Akther, assistant commissioner revenue, Bandipora is
transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Srinagar(West).

Zameer Ahmad Reshu, collector land acquisition Sawalkot, hydroelectric
project is transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate,
Banihal.

Rifat Naseem, sub-divisional magistrate, Srinagar (West) is
transferred and posted as assistant commissioner revenue, Bandipora.

Muhammad Afzal Mirza, sub-divisional magistrate, Thanamandi is
transferred and posted as sub-divisional magistrate, Mendhar.

Zaheer Abbas Bhatt, sub- divisional magistrate ,Banihal is transferred
and posted as deputy district election officer, Ramban against an
available vacancy
