New Delhi:The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the National Security Council Secretariat for appointment of S.M. Sahai, IPS (JK:87) as Additional Secretary, NSCS on in-situ basis by temporarily upgrading the post of Joint Secretary held by the officer at Additional Director General equivalent for a period of two years, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
