Baramulla: Baramulla Police has solved the kidnapping case after arresting the accused along with girl from New Delhi.A police official said that Baramulla Police Station Kunzer received a complaint from Gulzar Ahmad Shah of Mughama Kunzer that her daughter has been kidnapped by one Mansoor Ahmad Peerzada s/o Ghulam Mohudin, a resident of Harduishlu Tangmang .
Accordingly on receiving the complaint a case FIR No 109 /2018 Under Section 363,109 RPC was registered and investigation had been started. During investigation it came to light that the accused has taken minor girl to Delhi. A police party was immediately deputed to Dehli where the girl was recovered from Chandanhola South Dehli and accused was also arrested.
