Open to scrutiny of family assets by KHBA & Civil Society: Sallah-Ud-Din

Srinagar : Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Supremo and Chairman United Jehad Council (UJC) has offered scrutiny of his family assets by Kashmir High Court Bar Association (KHBA) and civil society members to dig out the roots of allegations against him by Indian agencies. He said a vicious campaign of character assissnation launch against him by Indian agencies won’t lead to lack of trust and faith in the resistance leadership.
In a statement to local news gathering agency KNS Syed Sallah -Ud-Din said “I am away from my family and relatives for the last thirty years and they are not in any connected with the financial matters of the resistance leadership. I urge Kashmir High Court Bar Association (KHBA ) and civil society members to inquire into my present family assets and compare them with those possessed by my family thirty year back. The figure themselves will reveal the truth to my nation”.
Accusing the Indian agencies of resorting to practices of character assissnation the UJC Chairman said ” people offering their lives for freedom of their nation can neither be pressurised nor defamed by any vicious campaign of my character assissnation”.
Saying that his role in the freedom struggle of Jammu and Kashmir can’t be put to doubt by baseless charges the UJC Chairman Syed Sallah-Ud-Din said “people known all about my credentials and can’t be mislead by baseless charges against me, my family and relatives”
