Srinagar : The strategic Srinagar-Jammu highway re-opened for one-way traffic on Sunday evening after remaining closed for two days due to landslides in Ramsoo area of Ramban district.
An official said that the road was cleared for one-way traffic this evening after hectic efforts. “For now, stranded vehicles are being allowed to move towards their destinations,” he said, adding that only one-way traffic would be permitted on the highway tomorrow.Vehicles would be allowed to move from Srinagar towards Jammu tomorrow, he said.
