Kishtwar: At least four passengers were killed and many sustained injuries on Monday after a vehicle they were traveling in met with an accident in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
An eyewitness said that a Matador on way from Udhampur to Kishtwar, carrying Yatries was hit by a landslide coming down from a hillock at Kulligad on the Kishtwar-Paddar road, resulting into a death of four passengers and many have sustained injuries.
Official sources said that they have retrieved three bodies from the spot and the authorities are on the job.
The wounded passengers were rushed to the hospital for treatment. A Doctor said that some of the injured are critical.
