Srinagar: An Army man was injured when Pakistani troops fired from across the Line of Control (LoC) in Tangdhar sector in the frontier district of Kupwara in north of Kashmir on Tuesday morning, official sources said.
They said Pak troops fired several rounds, targeting a foward Army post in Tangdhar sector. A soldier identified as Kaushal Singh was injured who has been hospitalized in a critical condition.
Troops of Pak and India are exchanging intermittent firing in the sector for the past about a week.
