Awantipora: Four civilians were injured on Friday afternoon after unknown men lobbed a grenade on the office of the SP Awantipora in South Kashmir.
An official said that unknown persons lobbed a grenade on SP Awantipora’s office which exploded outside the main gate, resulting in injuries to four civilians.
Abdul Ahad, one of an injured civilian was shifted to SMHS Srinagar for the treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
A hunt was launched after the blast to nab the grenade thrower and his associates, however, no arrests were made during the operation.
