Kishtwar: District administration Kishtwar Thursday accorded warm farewell to SSP Abrar Ahmed Choudhary on his transfer, here at a simple but impressive function.
Deputy Commissioner Angrez Singh Rana and senior district and sectoral officers of civil and police administration were present at the function.
