Jammu: A selection grade constable was suspended in Tuesday when he opened fire in air in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“One selection grade constable Uttam Singh posted at DPL this afternoon fired three shots in air,” police spokesman here said.
He said that taking serious view of the indiscipline exhibited by the delinquent official, DySP DAR Reasi placed him under suspension with immediate effect.
“A signal was also flashed to police station Reasi to register a FIR against him,” he added.
