As per these instructions, the J&K Government Grievance Cell will now be called “J&K Governor’s Grievance Cell” and shall function both in Srinagar and Jammu, under the administrative control of the Governor’s Secretariat. Principal Secretary to the Governor shall be responsible for the overall functioning of the Cells at both the Capital cities.

The Governor’s Grievance Cell shall continue to be serviced by Project Management Unit (PMU) to be headed by Inam-ul-Haq Siddiqui, KAS, Additional Secretary, who has been re-designated as Project Director Governor’s Grievance Cell.
