Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police arrested four gamblers from Bihar and recovered stake money in the city outskirts on Tuesday, a police spokesman said this afternoon.
He said on a tip off police raided a gambling site at Doonipora, Zadibal, in the city outskirts and arrested four gamblers. Stake money of Rs 4200 has also been recovered from the gamblers who were identified as Manoj Singh, Brij Kishore, Laalji Sahib and Mohammad Salam, all residents of Bihar.
He said FIR under Gambling Act has been registered against them.
