Srinagar: JK Bank Wednesday announced that it will enter into an MOU with the Kashmir University to promote the Start Up Eco System in the Kashmir Valley by financing the incubated ideas of bright educated youth in the Kashmir University Incubation centre during their scaling up stage. The Chairman also announced contribution of Rs 1.00 Crore as part of its CSR initiative under the mutually agreed terms and conditions for facilitating the entrepreneurs with tools and equipments in the proposed Incubation centre. On the occasion Parvez Ahmed said, ”The Incubation centre being set up in the Kashmir university will encourage the local educated youth to take their first step in entrepreneurship with limited or zero risk and catalyze employment opportunities in future for the local population who otherwise have limited opportunities.”
