12 IAS, 4 KAS Officers transferred in Administration, Department*

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered transfers of 12 IAS and 4 KAS Officers as detailed below:
1. Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, IAS(JK:1993), Financial Commissioner, Revenue, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department.
2. Sarita Chauhan, IAS(JK:1999), Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, relieving Mr. Mohammad Javed Khan, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department of the additional charge of the post.
3. Raj Kumar Bhagat, IAS(JK:2000), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department.
4.  Salma Hamid, IAS(JK:2004), Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal.
5. Farooq Ahmad Shah, IAS(JK:2004), Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Rigzian   Sampheal,    IAS(UP:2003), to    the    Government,    Tourism Department, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
M. Raju, IAS(JK:2005), Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, also holding the charge of Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K.
Saugat Biswas, IAS(JK:2006), Transport Commissioner, J&K, shall also hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Transport Department, till further orders.
Simrandeep Singh, IAS(JK:2008), Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Doda, vice Mr. Bhawani Rakwal, KAS, who will await orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS(JK:2009), Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, relieving Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Sanai, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora of the additional charge of the post.
 Sushma Chauhan, IAS(JK:2009), Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Samba, vice Mr. Rajinder Singh Tara, KAS, who will await orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
Ramesh Kumar, IAS(JK:2011), Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, also holding the charge of CEO,  SPV,  Jammu City,  is transferred  and posted as Deputy Commissioner,. Jammu, vice Mr. Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS(JK:2010), who will await orders of adjustment in the office of divisional commissioner, Jammu
Mohammad Aijaz, IAS(JK:2012), Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, vice Mr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary.
Rahul Yadav, IAS(JK:2014), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, vice Mr. Mohammad Aijaz.
 Showkat Aijaz Bhat, KAS, Director, Area Planning and ex-officio Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, vice Gazanfar Ali, KAS, who will await orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Shamim Ahmad Wani, KAS, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, vice Mr. Sajad Hussain Ganai, KAS, who will await orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Indu Kanwal Chib, KAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Director, Rural Sanitation, J&K, vice Mr. Mohammad Nazir Sheikh, KAS, who will await orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
 Jahangir Hashmi, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
