Srinagar: Chief Medical Officer Bandipora has invited applications on prescribed format on behalf of District Health Society Bandipora from eligible candidates of Bandipora district for the posts of FMPHW, staff nurse, ISM Pharmacist, Audiologist /speech therapist to be hired on contractual basis under National Health Mission.
Other details can be confirmed from the office of District Health Society Bandipora, where application forms will be available. The application forms duly filled and along with all relevant documents shall reach the office of Chief Medical Officer Bandipora by or before 09th July 2018.
