Pulwama: Deputy Commissioner Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Dar Tuesday inaugurated learning license web portal for issuing learners’ and driving license in presence of ARTO Pulwama at DC office Pulwama.
The web-based program would enable single-point presence for online submission of requests for learner’s license and driving license in the District.
On the occasion DDC said this online service would support transparency and foster accountability for providing better services to the citizens. The applicant can fill in his /her form and particulars online subsequent to which application can be submitted on the portal.
