Srinagar/June, 2:leader of the main opposition National Conference and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has alleged violation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by the government forces in crowd control policing at Nowhatta where one youth died on Friday after a police vehicle ran over him.
