Srinagar/June, 2:leader of the main opposition National Conference and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has alleged violation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by the government forces in crowd control policing at Nowhatta where one youth died on Friday after a police vehicle ran over him.
Taking to micro blogging social networking website twitter the former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said’Earlier they tied people to the fronts of jeeps & paraded them around villages to deter protestors now they just drive their jeeps right over protestors.
