Srinagar: Expressing his deep concern over the killing spree of civilians at the hands of occupational forces, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Geelani said that nefarious designs of Indian occupation forces is to prolong the prevailing fearful atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir to suppress the freedom sentiments of the people. Paying rich tributes to Bilal Ahmad Ganie, a civilian, who has been killed by the target bullet when he was way back to his home.
Taking a strong note of the recent merciless killings and butchering of civilians by unidentified gunmen in Hajin, Bandipora and Baramulla town, Syed Ali Geelani condemned such killings and cautioned the freedom loving people to remain vigilant about the venomous conspiracies of Indian Authorities to set on fire the ethnic communal hormony, integrity and peaceful atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir.
Vehemently condemning killings, under the tag of unidentified gunmen the Hurriyat leader said India is trying its best to explore all possibilities to revive the notorious regime of Ikhwan culture to sabotage our sacred freedom movement. Although India and its agencies have failed to break the will of the people, yet the recent innocent civilian killings speak volumes about its nefarious designs of imperialism, said Geelani.
