Jammu/May, 25: A one year old infant was among the five people killed Friday morning in a fatal road accident on Jammu-Pathankot highway.
Police said a car travelling from Jammu to Punjab went out of the driver’s control and hit the road parapet in the wee hours at Tapyal.
The deaths occurred on the spot. The injured were shifted to Government Medical College Hospital in Jammu city, a police officer said.
The deceased were identifed as the driver Labpreet Singh (30), Punnu (30), Veena, Geeta Devi (60) and one year-old infant .
