Boy dead, two others fell unconscious due to lightening

Anantnag: A-17-year-old boy from South Kashmir’s Anantnag district died after lightening struck him near his house.
The youth identified as Muzaffar Ahmad Khan, son of Mohammad Wali Khan, resident of Brari Anganwari village of Hapt Khud in Uttersoo area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district died after lightening struck him near his house.
Two persons who were standing near the deceased escaped unhurt but fell unconscious after the incident, witnesses said.
Meanwhile, Tehsildar Shangus, Zahid Gani confirmed the death of a boy due to light lightening and said the body has been handed over to his parents. (KNS)
