Mehbooba’s all party meet a ‘farce’: Mirwaiz

Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman Chairman Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq on Wednesday termed the all-party meetingm called by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti as “farce”, and asked Government totdeliver justice in the cases of recent civilian killings.
Taking to micro-blogging website, Twitter, Mirwaiz said: “Govt All Party meet a farce !7 civilians killed no FIR or investigation, police chief commended forces for killing 5 boys while not a single word about civilian killings ! Stop taking people for a ride ! Otherwise Arrest the Killers , Remove #AFSPA Give justice! (sic)”.
Seven civilians were killed in clashes that erupted after gunfights in Srinagar and Shopian and resulted in the killing of eight militants, including top militant commander Saddam Padder and an Assistant Professor Kashmir University.
Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has invited all the mainstream opposition parties for an all-party meeting in Srinagar to discuss prevailing situation in Kashmir Valley.
