Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for a complete shutdown in Kashmir today(Sunday) against the killing of three militants and a civilian in Chattabal gunfight and clashes.
In a statement here on Saturday the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik appealed the people to observe shutdown today (Sunday) against the militant killings in Chattabal and “merciless’ death of a civilian who was run over by a police vehicle during clashes.
Three militants, including Fayaz Ahmad Hammal of Fateh Kadel, were killed in the gunfight that raged since early Saturday morning t. The slain militants, Police said, were affiliated with Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit, police said.
