Srinagar: Five youth from North Kashmir’s Baramulla district drowned when the boat they were sailing capsized in the River Jehlum near Khanpora area.
Two youth were rescued immediately while rescue operation was launched to trace rest of three youth.
“The three youth are feared dead while two youth Muhammad Junaid and Muhammad Azan were rescued, “said a police official.
Three youth feared to be dead have been identified as Muhammad Tufail, Shahid Ahmed and Anzar Ahmed.
