Srinagar: Faz Lul Haseeb from Kashmir has qualified This year’s IAS examination with 36 rank in All India merit list. HE HAD done his B. Tech from Mite College Jammu.
He is product of Burnhal. His father has been basically a college teacher and is presently Director Academics at J&K Board of School Education .His short stories and essays have been published by Penguine Publishing House India.
He has written a no of articles in local dailies of J and K State.
He has written a novel which he is going to publish which he had stopped due to his involvement in preparation for IAS examination
