Younis Ahad

God has created the rational man, at the same time has bestowed him natural rights. No other person is having any mandate to snatch the same from him… So far as a child is concerned, it is gibberish and insanity to even think of it. India is known by its democracy rather largest democracy in the world. This institution is pious wherein in every citizen of the country is free to exercise his or her will. There is equality before law and equal protection of law, right to move from one place to another etc… In India to look for the same is out of imagination under the incumbent regime. Some people at the helm of affairs have spoiled the so called pious institution. The saffron people are now and then trying their best to bring the country to the edge of obfuscation. These fascist forces are very trying to trust the Hindu ideology despite there are diversity of religion in India. It is pertinent to mention that India is also known by its diversity of religion where different faith reside. Since BJP have taken the patronage of the country the country is heading towards destruction. Never the less warnings and opinions from the intelligentsia. Particularly the safety of woman is at risk.. Women are brutally raped and murdered and culprits roam free. Where there is such an awful situation the future of the same can be easily predicted.
The fresh and outrageous case in the country is Kathua r ape case in other words Asifa rape case.. My heart is bleeding and my soul is restless to see such a horrific scene. I don’t have words to describe the nasty and despicable situation. A girl from Kathua district Jammu was first raped and then murdered, a heinous crime perpetrated against the Asifa. I will mention the whole report made by the crime branch.. But the question that niggles my mind a girl child is raped perhaps she would not has been realized with this abhorrent act. According to the Indian minority Act a child below the age of 18 tears is a minor, Asifa was 9 year old, She was a minor. What the Indian Penal Code has prescribed punishment for rapping a minor is.. According to section 376 of the IPC to rape a girl below the age of 10 years is punishment with death.
This appalling and unpleasant act has expanded outrage in every nook and corner demanding justice for Asifa. Two BJP MLA‘s have a different perception… They participated in Hindu ektamanch in support of accused, how regrettable is this.. They also opposed the move to hand over this case to crime branch. I appreciate the CB that have made clear reports to the public..
CRIME BRANCH REPORT…
According to this report, on January 4th, Sanji ram induced his teen aged nephew to take revenge from Bakerwals. On January 7th, Ram asks his nephew the Asifa from forest behind his home where she comes regularly to graze his horses. Accomplice Deepak and Vikram purchased 10 tablets, anti seizure drug. On January 8th Ram pushed the teen aged boy to kidnap Asifa assuring her passing the board examination, On January 9th, Ram’s nephew along with pravesh Kumar went for purchasing the tablets, a kind of sedative, On January 10th, Rams nephew and pravesh held Asifa and forcefully drug her and made her unconscious, the teen age raped her and the pravesh also attempted to rape her both take her to the temple leaving her locked inside.
On January 11th Asifa’s parents reach the temple to enquire from Sanji Ram about missing. Ram told them she might have gone to relatives home. Around noon Deepak and Ram’s nephew went inside the temple and dragged Asifa again. At 5:00 pm his nephew went again to temple to ensure the girl was unconscious. He and Ram’s son telling him about the abduction case and told him in case he wanted to ‘satisfy his lust’.
On January 12th, Rams nephew administers three more tablets of sedative to victim. Police along with Bakerwals community started search for Asifa. Head Constable demanded money from Ram for investigating officer. Ram’s sister handed over 1.5 lakh rupees to him.
On January 17th, Asifa’s body found. Head Constable demands the Ram the accused be handed iver to police as the Gujjar community’s agitation intensified. Ram hand over one lakh rupees to him for investigating officer. On January 15th, plans to throw Asifa’s body into Hira nagar failed as the driver of the vehicle refused to come. Ram directed Asifa’s body be dumped into jungle.
On January 13th both nephew and Rams son raped her again in presence of each other.. And ultimately they brought to her death.. She was finally killed..
After reading this report, tears doesn’t stop after all seeing sucah an horrific scene. Whether it is Zainab although her culprit was pronounced four counts of death penalty.
How far such rape culture would persist. The Government must within no time bring the culprit to justice.. The punishment must satisfy the family of Asifa. Otherwise this culture will expand in other parts.
