4 top IAS officers among 14 top officials transfered

Jammu/April, 24: The State cabinet met here on Tuesday with Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in Chair and order the transfers of 14 top official including 4 IAS officers of the administrative secretary level and three KAS officers holding position of administrative secretaries
1. Mr. Hilal Ahmad Parray, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Technical Education Department, is transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty in the General Administration Department.
2. Mr. Mohammad Javed Khan, IAS (JK:2005), awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, is posted as Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department.
3. Mr. Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (JK:2009), Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation also looking after the charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Information Department. He will also look after the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department.
4. Mr. Shah Faesal, IAS (JK:2010), Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
5. Mr. Javed Ahmad Panzoo, IFS, Director, Soil and Water Conservation, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department, on ex-cadre basis.
6. Mr. M.D. Khan, KAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department.
7. Dr. Abdul Rashid, KAS, Labour Commissioner, J&K holding additional charge of Secretary to the Government, Information Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
8. Mr. Mohammad Saleem Shishgar, KAS, Secretary in the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Culture Department.
9. Mr. Veer Ji Hangloo, KAS, Director, Social Welfare, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, vice Mr. G.A. Sofi.
10. Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, is transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner, J&K, vice Dr. Abdul Rashid.
He will continue to hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
11. Dr. Bharat Bushan, KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, is posted as Director, Social Welfare, Jammu, vice Mr. Veer Ji Hangloo.
12. Mr. G.A. Sofi, Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, is transferred and posted as Secretary (Technical) in the Transport Department.
13. Mr. Shafat Sultan, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, is posted as Mission Director, ICPS.
14. Syed Abul Qasim, Joint Commissioner (Administration) in the Srinagar Municipal Corporation, under orders of transfer as Chief Executive Officer/Secretary, KVIB, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Horticulture Produce, Marketing and Processing Corporation.
It is further ordered that:
(i) Ms. Anoo Malhotra, KAS Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration) Jammu will look after the charge of Excise Commissioner, J&K, in addition to her own duties.
(ii) Mr. Shamim Ahmad Wani, KAS, Additional
Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration) Srinagar will look after the charge of Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K, in addition to his own duties
